This study evaluates the feasibility of a new food delivery service involving only products with quality certification. In particular, through an ad hoc survey, it influence consumers’ personal characteristics and choice motives on joining this innovative willingness to pay respondents. A survey was completely anonymously voluntarily administered during Sars-CoV-2 pandemic. total 630 answers were collected. Logit ordinal logit regression carried out analyze data.
